**Job Overview**:
As a Brand Manager at Zavida, you will play a vital role in shaping and developing our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about building brands and driving business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and vision.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral, including print, digital, social media, and packaging.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, tracking key metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with market needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate brand messages.
- Fluent in English and Intermediate Level in French.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and an understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
