**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The incumbent of this position is responsible for implementing and supervising the various activities related to the definition of the brand image, the development of photo campaigns, communication tools as well as the maintenance of graphic standards for Bikini Village.
**Campaign photos**:
- Propose and develop creative concepts for the creative direction of the Bikini Village brand;
- Work in partnership with marketing to ensure business objectives and strategies are met;
- Propose and direct the artistic direction of the photo campsites from concept to lighting, rental choice, hair direction, make-up, models and choice of photographer.
- Manage the quality of post-production development: photo development, retouching, calibration and filters.
- Oversee the execution of the e-commerce team's branding; Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Propose storefront concepts as well as their execution for shops.
- Manage the branding of the website and other micro-sites.
**Graphic design**:
- Work closely with multiple teams (social media, web, video, ecommerce, visual presentation) to create concepts & content that can be used by all departments;
- Develop logos and branding elements on clothing: hang tags, labels, icons, stamps, size;
- Ensure brand consistency, establish direction and artistic design for all marketing tools;
- Influencing departments such as e-commerce, visual presentation, and visual merchandising to ensure branding is respected;
- Graphic design and execution of marketing projects for the brand: website content, newsletters, in-store displays, window displays, social media;
- Preparation of documents for pre-press and/or various media;
- Comply with the graphic requirements of partner brands
**Team Management**:
- Supervise and inspire graphic designers in the development and implementation of programs and ensure that branding is well reflected;
- Define expectations and standards for the graphic design team;
- Ensure the management of projects from the product design and development department and other corporate projects;
- Management of a team of 2-3 people: hire, train, coach & motivate.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in graphic design;
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required in a similar role;
- Experience in the field of fashion and artistic direction;
- Experience in web + print design
- Very good command of the following software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong creativity and passion for the fashion industry;
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and exchange ideas easily;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Written and spoken bilingualism (The person must be advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
