À ce poste, vous faites partie de l’équipe d’Excellence des pratiques en gestion d’invalidité avec comme principal mandat d’évaluer les besoins des adhérents dans le cadre de dossiers d’invalidité complexes dont le potentiel de retour productif sur le marché du travail est limité.

Votre expertise vous permettra de mettre en place des stratégies d’accompagnement novatrices dans le but d’améliorer l’expérience client, mais aussi la charge financière de l’assureur

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes
- Évaluer les besoins de l’adhérent en termes de navigation santé, accès aux soins et de littératie financière afin mettre en place un plan d’intervention pour l’accompagner vers les ressources disponibles à même le régime d’assurance collective ou autres ressources pertinentes.
- Accompagner l’adhérent afin d’effectuer l’arrimage avec les autres produits détenus dans le régime d’assurance collective ou autres produits chez Beneva selon les procédures de travail.
- Évaluer et prioriser les dossiers ayant un potentiel de bénéficier d’une solution d’accompagnement visant à réduire la durée de l’invalidité ou l’engagement financier de l’assureur.
- Effectuer une révision exhaustive des dossiers sélectionnés en vue d’identifier la stratégie d’accompagnement appropriée à la situation.
- Procéder au besoin à une mise à jour des renseignements médicaux et non médicaux et effectuer les démarches appropriées pour clarifier la situation. Demander l’avis au besoin à nos médecins-conseils pour clarifier la condition médicale.
- Coordonner et effectuer les suivis appropriés selon le plan d’action qui sera mis en place.
- Coordonner des initiatives avec l’équipe de réadaptation interne ou des fournisseurs spécialisés afin de mettre en place des interventions pour favoriser une réintégration productive sur le marché du travail.
- Mettre en place des stratégies d’accompagnement novatrices qui réduiront l’engagement financier de l’assureur et amélioreront l’expérience client.
- Effectuer des recommandations à l’adhérent pour favoriser son mieux-être financier et optimiser son autonomie financière.
- Évaluer les possibilités offertes avec le régime de retraite de l’adhérent afin d’en tirer profit pour mettre en place des solutions novatrices qui permettront à l’adhérent d’effectuer une transition entre une invalidité et la retraite.

Vos talents et qualifications
- Baccalauréat dans le domaine de la santé, en orientation, en psychoéducation, en administration ou toute autre formation pertinente.
- Minimum de 3 à 5 années d’expérience en gestion d’invalidité de dossiers de longue durée ou en réadaptation professionnelle
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Démontrer une capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision.
- Excellence maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite
- Anglais de niveau intermédiaire ou avancé
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office et compétence à œuvrer dans un environnement numérisé
