**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and address them proactively
- Maintain landscaping and grounds (mowing, trimming, gardening, debris cleanup, etc.)
- Operate power tools and small equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with small renovation projects and seasonal upgrades
- Lead a team to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
