**Krystle’s Innovative Solutions** is hiring **two detail-oriented, local Property Managers** to oversee luxury short-term rentals and residential properties across the Muskoka region.

We’re looking for **dedicated and organized professionals** to manage the daily operations of both residential and commercial properties. This role demands a proactive approach to property management—ensuring tenant satisfaction, upholding high property standards, and handling day-to-day needs with efficiency and professionalism.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate leasing: market units, show properties, and manage lease agreements
- Conduct regular property inspections and enforce quality standards
- Manage turnovers and guest prep for short-term rentals
- Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and cleaning teams
- Maintain records, calendars, and office communications

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Based in Muskoka (Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, etc.)
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a strong understanding of operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in an office environment.
- Sales experience is beneficial for negotiating leases and attracting new tenants.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
