Arborist

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough inspections of trees to evaluate their health and structural integrity.
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary to promote healthy growth and safety.
- Ensuring safe practices at all times for personal safety, crew and properties.
- Maintain accurate records of tree assessments, treatments, and maintenance performed.
- Educate clients on proper tree care techniques and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.

**Skills**
- Experience with rigging techniques for safe tree work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to tree health and safety effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
