**You as a Proposal Coordinator will**:

- Lead status and review meetings to ensure pursuit teams are informed about the latest proposal requirements and on schedule with their assigned contributions.
- Manage the design and presentation of proposal content and packaging to ensure visual clarity and consistency with brand standards.
- Manage the administration, document control, content review, and final production for all proposal response requirements.
- Work with the Corporate Pursuit Marketing department to lead content and resource databases that provide value to marketing and business development initiatives.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have two to five years of experience in managing proposals or marketing packages.
- You have a degree or diploma in commerce/marketing/communications, or a background in marketing, communication, graphic design, or administration.
- You have strong process skills involving the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex projects under challenging timelines.
- You have strong writing and proofreading skills. You pay particular attention to copywriting, editing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- You have a strong design sensibility and pay particular attention to the visual clarity and consistency of information.
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (particularly InDesign).
