**Job Description**:
The **Proposal Coordinator** is responsible for assisting with the pursuit of leads and opportunities leading to new business for Chandos.

This work includes assembling proposals, cold calling as directed, pulling land titles for prospective projects, monitoring trade publications, arranging lunches/coffees/meetings, assembling presentation materials, following up on leads, entering leads/opportunities into Chandos’ Cosential database, preparing reports to assist with analysis of sales performance within the organization, etc.

The efficient and quick completion of these tasks allow Chandos’ Director(s) of Business Development to operate at peak efficiency while providing the Business Development Director the opportunity to learn the construction business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, business, journalism, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Proposal Coordinator role
- Experience working in Cosential and Adobe Suite preferred
- Highly effective task management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
