Proposal Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation documents.
- Collaborate with technical and business development teams to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Lead the proposal development process, including outlining, writing, editing, and formatting proposals.
- Implement process improvements to streamline proposal workflows and enhance efficiency.
- During the proposal preparation phase, ensures quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of past proposals, templates, and best practices for future reference.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies.
- Assist in project management tasks related to proposal initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role within a business development or sales environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion in proposal writing.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience supervising team members or coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Knowledge of business development processes and strategies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools used for proposal development.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
