Accessible Housing is looking for a proactive, hands-on **Building Supervisor** to lead our maintenance and housekeeping operations at **Inclusio**, a supportive living home for adults with limited mobility.

**Make a difference by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and guests.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day and preventative maintenance of building systems, interior, and exterior.
- Lead a small team of housekeepers while coordinating with external service providers.
- Monitor and maintain all facility equipment, inventory, and supplies.
- Manage inspections, fire/life safety systems, and compliance with regulations.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and participate in the on-call rotation.

**What You Bring**:

- Technical trade certification or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or trades.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in supportive living or healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and (ideally) electronic asset management systems. A strong proficiency in Excel is required.
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector checks.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
