Overview:
**Must have a reliable vehicle to travel within territory.

**Does not have to report into the office daily except for any team meetings or 1-1’s

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Go Getter attitude and ability to close sales. The intent to win and rise and make this role a fully commission based roles due to the high volume of sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing account management support
- Understands and has experience with following selling strategies:

- Persuasive Selling
- Value Proposition Selling
- Solution Selling
- Understands the importance of transactional selling. Household = quick sales cycles
- Strong with CRM. In our case
- Move ware
- Strong Time and Territory selling skills.
- Motivated to be in the field and in front of business VS conducting admin during prime selling hours.
- Strong networking ability. LINKEDIN, Social Groups etc.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home moving sales in the Downtown and DVP area
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to excel in outside sales environments and not hesitant to reach outside their networks to drive sales.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
