Family Owned, Led by Chef Sergio Nazario, our exiting menu offers traditional flavours including Ceviche, our famous Lomo Saltado, and other unique Peruvian fair.

Our cocktail list include Pisco as the star of the show but also creative cocktails with unique takes on the classics and our wine list with organic options by the glass and bottle to titillate any palate.

NUNA is a full dining experience for any celebration/occasion.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain the menu concept and style when necessary
- Be responsive and helpful with regard to off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
- Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Ability to manage guests at the bar and large group bookings
- Maintain a clean and safe working area

**MUST HAVES**:

- Smart Serve Certificate required
- 2+ years bartending experience required
- Exceptional service skills
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- A passion and commitment to quality guest service and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
