We’re looking for a passionate bartender to join our team and contribute to the lively, welcoming vibe of the Tavern.

**Position Overview**:
We’re currently looking for a junior bartender with 1-3 years of experience who’s passionate about hospitality and eager to continue learning. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow their skills with guidance from a supportive and experienced bar team.

As a bartender at The Berczy Tavern, you’ll be at the heart of our bar experience, crafting classic and modern cocktails, curating an exceptional drink menu, and ensuring our guests have a memorable time. You’ll also collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service that matches the energy of our venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and providing outstanding customer service
- Assist with bar setup, restocking, and daily operations
- Participate in testing and developing seasonal cocktail offerings
- Follow all alcohol service regulations and safety guidelines
- Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Smart Serve certification required
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
