**Summary**

The bartender acts as an ambassador with the goal of wowing all customers. By displaying their extensive knowledge of drinks, the properties and activities available and stunning customer service, Bartenders will entertain and serve customers while following all policies and procedures. Bartenders go the extra mile by ensuring that their work environment is clean, neat, organized and always ready to provide exceptional customer service.

**Job Duties**:

- Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or to serve to guests
- Collect payment for beverages and record sales
- Maintain and document inventory, by performing opening and closing counts for bar or concession.
- Ensure to request bar stock when needed
- Ensure bar area or concession is clean including glassware
- Ensure to comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- Ensure to check identification of guests
- Report any incidents to management

**Requirements**:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Bartending experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Open Availability
