**What You’ll Do**
- Following Moveware Process as described on the Move Management Diary task list
- Manage delivery and pick up of packing materials between customer and the operations team
- Support the outside representatives, acting as a second point of contact (ex. fielding customer inquiries and implementing minor changes)
- Follow up with customers post move to ensure topnotch quality (ex. obtain customer feedback, check for updates on claims)
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
