**What you will do**:
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in guiding construction projects from concept to completion, driving successful outcomes while ensuring smooth coordination, risk management, and client satisfaction.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and create schedules to guide project activities.
- Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication, while organizing and leading meetings.
- Manage risks, ensure safety compliance, implement quality control measures, address any challenges or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships, provide regular progress updates, and ensure client satisfaction through effective stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Focus on retaining current clients by delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to create new projects and expand business with these clients.

- Working towards the completion of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 1-2 years with experience working on up to $2M project(s).
- A bachelor's degree or certificate in business, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in the construction industry (may be considered alongside or instead of the education above)

- Leadership and Team Collaboration: In this role, strong leadership skills are essential to managing, motivating, and developing project teams, which include architects, engineers, contractors, and support staff. You'll foster collaboration across departments and disciplines, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. You’ll also bring expertise in problem-solving and decision-making, quickly addressing challenges and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Construction Knowledge and Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of construction methods, materials, technologies, and building codes is critical to ensuring compliance and quality assurance. You’ll leverage your knowledge of industry trends and standards to drive successful project outcomes. Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and other technologies (Excel, Office, Project, Teams, Adobe) will enhance efficiency and collaboration across the team.
- Project Management and Organization: As a key player in project planning and execution, you will develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and create realistic schedules to ensure timely completion. Your experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently, managing resources, and maintaining quality control ensures all projects meet organizational goals and client expectations. Strong budgeting and financial management skills will allow you to keep projects within financial constraints, ensuring both efficiency and profitability.
- Safety and Risk Management: You’ll be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and success of each project. With a thorough knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, including PPE and Field Level Hazard Assessments, you will maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Additionally, your understanding of regulatory compliance will ensure that all projects meet legal requirements and obtain the necessary permits and approvals.
