_Project Manager - Commercial Construction (TIs) _
Join a team that **loves what they do** and the people they do it with. This is a Project Management position working with Project Coordinators and Site Superintendents to complete commercial construction projects. This position requires an individual **experienced in commercial tenant improvements** to join our team. Matra is a **commercial general contractor**and construction management firm, specializing in interior tenant improvements and working in occupied spaces. Our head office is located in North Burnaby with the majority of the projects in the Lower Mainland.

The position involves the following:

- Plan, direct and manage construction projects from start to finish according to budget, schedule, specifications and drawings
- Manage all contractual obligations including client obligation and procuring subcontractors/suppliers
- Organize and direct site supervision and labour
- Plan and prepare construction schedule; monitor progress and identify risk points
- Follow internal administrative processes including budget tracking and cash projections

Salary is negotiable upon experience. Vehicle and cell phone allowance will also be provided.
