**About ZAPI GROUP**:
**Position Summary**:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of customer service and sales support tasks. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
**Specific Duties**:
- Assists the global sales teams (North America, Europe) with tasks such as preparing quotes, maintaining sales records, updating forecasts, and coordinating with other departments.
- Works closely with the Sales Operations team to enter data into different systems, generate invoices, and track delivery status.
- Responds to customer inquiries, provides information, handles order-related questions, and helps resolve any customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Generates regular sales reports and forecasts, and assists with sales activity reports.
- Expediates customer requests when required.
- Maintains accuracy of customer accounts to ensure correct information such as contacts, ship dates, and methods of shipment are up to date.
- Supports revision changes from customers based on new and existing purchase orders.
- Collaborates with internal teams including Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment.
- Schedules customer meetings and follow ups as needed.
- Performs general administrative duties, such as data entry, maintaining accurate records, creating sales quotes, generating reports and any other task assigned by the Sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role in a high-volume product development environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to adjust working hours to cover different time zones in North America and Europe.
