- We are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Co-Ordinator / Administrator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position based out of our head office in Newmarket (conveniently located at Hwy 404 & Davis Dr.).Turf Care offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus earning opportunities, 100% paid health and dental premiums, matching group RRSP plan, along with many other Company provided benefits.-
**Responsibilities include**:

- Collecting data campaign results
- Researching new marketing trends
- Gathering competitive intelligence (i.e., documenting what competitors are doing to promote their products on various channels)
- Helping run social media accounts by creating content or responding to users’ comments and messages.
- Assist with event planning.
- Preparing sales reports
- Contributing to the design and content creation for marketing assets, including case studies, blog posts, videos, PowerPoint decks, etc.
- Carrying out administrative duties as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized
- Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Result driven; Known for working well in fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Easily adaptable to changing priorities and schedules

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
