**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient food service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience grilling at a high volume
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive delicious meals prepared with care. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2W 3M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
