Our team is passionate about food, hospitality and creating a memorable dining experience. We are currently looking for a skilled GRILL COOK to join our kitchen team.

**Job Description**:
Grill Cooks prepare, cook and serve complete dishes. They play a key role in the preparation, service and presentation of menu items. Grill cook oversee kitchen operations and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Grill cooks must be able to multi-task and follow a recipe easily. Grill cooks serve our barbecue selections to guests table side. They work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness.

Qualifications:.
- At least 2- 3 years experience in the kitchen and/or on the grill.
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed professional appearance.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Must be able to work either opening or closing shifts.
- Alberta Food Handling Certification.

Compensation:

- Hourly pay reflects experience.
- Additional to hourly pay, cooks receive customer gratuities paid nightly on a digital cash card.
- Full-time cooks are eligible for health and dental benefits after completion of the probationary period. Company pays for 50% of health & dental premiums.
- Employee meals complimentary after 6 hour shift and staff discounts.
