This evolution of our partnership will occur alongside our joint redevelopment work, as we strive to build a new acute care campus in the community. We currently have an opportunity for a casual Research Ethics Board Coordinator for the Waterloo-Wellington Research Ethics Board/Office of Innovation and Research GRH.
**How the Research Ethics Board Coordinator support our teams**:
**The Research Ethics Board Coordinator brings the following**:
- Undergraduate degree or advanced diploma with experience in a research course or project involving human participants,
- Online training in Good Clinical Practice (ICH/GCP) and Tri-Council Policy Statement 2 preferred
- SOCRA Certification preferred
- 5 - 7 years of extensive ethics administration or research administration experience at the coordinator level
- 3-5 years’ experience in ethics administration and experience with review of preparation of REB packages,
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in MS Windows environment (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent data collection and data entry skills required
- Ability to prioritize workload, with particular attention to detail
- Good attendance record
