Job Summary:
Safety Services is the leading provincial Not for Profit training provider that specialises in Road Safety, Firearms Safety, Motorcycle Training & Occupational Health & Safety.

Safety Services NS is currently looking for an experienced **Client Services Specialist** to support the administrative requirements of our clients. This role will be predominantly supporting the Occupational Health & Safety Team.

The role includes;
- Perform general clerical duties
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data into database software
- Verify data and correct errors where necessary
- Scan and file documents into document management system or database
- Store completed documents in designated locations
- Prepare course prep and certification for training courses
- Schedule training at SSNS and corporate training
- Manage instructors schedules
- Follow up on training/consulting inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the programs
- Other duties as required to support other departments

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional multi tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and complaint handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety experience considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
