**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Agent at our construction services company, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, address client inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide essential information about our construction services.

**Responsibilities**:
Schedule consultations and site visits for clients, ensuring all necessary details are accurately communicated to the relevant teams.

Provide information about pricing, timelines, and service options, assisting clients in making informed decisions.

Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating to management as necessary.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Pay: $22.65-$26.40 per hour
