**Overview**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for selling TMC products and services to new customers. They build relationships with customers, pitch products and services as well as negotiate sales prices, contact customers throughout the sales process and answer any questions customers have about the products and services. **NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED** as TMC runs an inbound sales campaign. This position is a strictly over the phone sales position not face to face. There is potential for a permanent work from home position based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promoting and selling TMC products and services
- Providing effective customer service
- Developing advanced product knowledge
- Build high quality customer relationships
- Maintain up-to-date client information
- Contract/ documentation completion, verification and submission
- Answering inbound calls
- Managing daily to-do lists
- Daily customer follow up’s

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years customer service experience in a sales setting
- Completion of High School (OSSD)
- Excellent oral, communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and organized with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and effectively priorities
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in keyboarding/computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- Flexibility in schedule
- Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently
- Over the phone customer service/ sales experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
