The office clerk prepares receipts, operate office equipment, answers telephone and performs clerical duties of a general nature according to established procedures.

**Main functions**
- Greet clients coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate services, provide information in person and by phone;
- Maintain the “Petty Cash” flow and balance;
- Answering telephone, take messages and dispatch calls;
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence coming from Canpar Prepare and order supplies for Canpar Courier Service;
- Serve customers wanting BBQ tank exchanged or any other small cylinders. Invoice and go out, check date on tank and do exchange or send to fill;
- Investigating customers inquiries on accounts;
- Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail;
- Take payments in person or by phone;
- Breakdown driver’s work, verify accuracy, transfer, post to accounts;
- Input Service invoices in the computer;
- Prepares Bank report for PetroPlus and Triple PC;
- Enters data in various Month End Reports;
- Update accounts from inspection reports; contact Contractors if necessary;
- Relief Dispatcher - every other weekends.

**Requirements and skills**
- College diploma in office administration or any combination of relevant education and experience
- fluency of both official languages (an asset)
- 1 - 2 years of experience
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- 8 hour shift
