The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company is looking for a fun and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as our **Social Media & Marketing Coordinator**_(A.K.A Meme Mogul)_**. The Social Media Coordinator**_(A.K.A Captain of Clout)_ will be responsible for developing and executing social media content and strategy for all locations, while reporting to, and collaborating with, the **Brand & Marketing Manager** _(your boss with the sauce). _You’ll have the pleasure of monitoring our social media presence, engaging with followers, interacting with the rest of the team for content, and managing performance reports for all platforms in order to reach our engagement goals.

Ok, let’s talk about responsibility If you think you’re the right person for the job, then here’s what you’re going to be expected to pull off to helm the title of Social Media & Marketing Coordinator _(A.K.A assistant to the Brand & Marketing Manager)_:

- Manage the development of a social media posting schedule and strategy
- Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of all marketing initiatives and projects _(we like to bounce ideas off each other here)_
- Creatively capture high-quality images/video of products, company culture, & events
- Manage and organize project files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources
- Review Meta Business Suite insights weekly
- Consistently engage with fans & followers to develop brand loyalty
- Publish engaging content that keeps the world in the loop of what we’re up to
- Keep up with the latest and emerging trends in social media & marketing _(doesn’t mean you’re getting paid to scroll Reels for hours, stop asking)_
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all supporting departments _(this is an easy one. we’re a good gang of jokers and cool cats over here)_
- Maintain proper audit track records, follow company policies, procedures & health/safety guidelines
- Consider the environmental impact in all decisions _(we like earth)_
- Other duties and projects as assigned _(a vague way of stating you may or may not need to wear the bear costume)_
