**Job Summary**

The **Receiver and Inventory Control** person, under the direction of the Loading Supervisor, will primarily be responsible for receiving all consumables, accessories, trims, and miscellaneous goods. This position will assist with any material handling and data entry required. In addition, this role will assist, when necessary, the coil receiver and the logistics department with daily processes and preparing small parts/trims for loads. This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. Flexibility of shift is an important requirement for this position.

**Job Duties**

- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Receive and verify incoming goods, including RMA products.
- Post receipt of RMA’s into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing on RMA orders, backorders, and discrepancies.
- Inspect RMA products and communicate details to credit personnel.
- Organize inventory areas and print bar code labels for coils and accessories.
- Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with quarterly/year-end inventory counts.
- Unload trucks and put away coils, accessories, and plant consumables.
- Safely operate lifting devices such as Counterbalance Forklifts, Combi-lifts, and overhead cranes.
- Package special order trims when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Keep work area clean and organized throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding inventory and shipments.
- Participate in continuous improvement and other assigned tasks.
