**About the Role**

The Performance Reporting Analyst reports to Senior Manager - Business Information and Reporting and supports Business Information and Reporting Team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: to provide valuable insight and analysis of business operation and client portfolio to senior management in an accurate and timely manner. Primary responsibilities include:

- Producing financial performance assessments and non-financial key performance indicator reports;
- Providing analysis on client portfolio;
- Delivering management and performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as other ad-hoc as and when requested;
- Working closely with local and global finance teams on month end closing activities

**What You Bring**
- A university graduate with degree in accounting or finance with 2 years’ of post-graduate work experience in management reporting, preferably in a global, diverse, multi-currency environment;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy are also critical;
- Ability to identify, understand, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets;
- Must have excellent time management and proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines, organizational and prioritization skills;
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English;
- Must have advanced Excel skills;
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, and VBA Macro will be an asset.
