Job Description
**Position**:This is a new position involving organizing and controlling the flow of parts within a positive, collaborative work environment.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Working independently to catalogue and organize parts
- Recognizing when parts are getting low proactively ordering new parts
- Maintain records on inventory control system
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
- Unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials and receive into ERP System
- Identify, label and catalogue items received
- Prepare and track work orders
- Adherence to all safety processes
- General help with other tasks as required

Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Prior Parts Clerk experience is a strong asset
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in math and working with Excel spreadsheets
- Organization skills
- Attention to detail and aptitude for distinguishing part numbers and figures
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
