**Job Summary**

Prepare and coordinate the movement of materials between sites, in accordance with our Quality Management System. Verify and document inbound and outbound materials. The controller also maintains detailed records specifying the shipment or receipt of materials.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments as per receiving and shipping schedules or department priorities.
- Coordinate the movement of material between sites as well as around town to specified vendors.
- Supervise the preparation of material in conjunction with the Warehouse Supervisor to be shipped.
- Work with Client, Vendors, Cross dock facilities, and Warehouse Staff to rectify material discrepancies.
- Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation of material and product movement.
- General office duties.
- Work with Operations Manager to optimize space & resources.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inventory, Warehouse Management and Material Control
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems including SAP
- Competency with Office suite
- Great attention to detail, team oriented, works well with others and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good under pressure situations, excellent organization skills. Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes.
