We are looking for a parttime receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our team. We focus on providing exceptional patient centered treatment in a caring environment.

Must be able to work independently and show self-motivation. As a dental receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a dedicated team of dental professionals.

Some of your job responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Attend to and greet patients on the phone and in person
- coordinate/ schedule and organize appointments
- maintain and manage patients records

- Initiative

Education and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience as a treatment corrdinator is needed
- Experience with Dentrix software is an asset
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Working knowledge of dental insurance.
- Must provide valid and reliable References

*knowledge of sterilisation, cleaning rooms and ordering supplies are an asset.

*account receivables.

*implant and ortho treatment planning is an asset.

Expected started date: as soon as possible
