Inventory Receiving Specialist

Imports Dragon is currently seeking an Inventory Receiving Specialist. Reporting to Operations, your duties will include, but are not limited to: **Description of tasks**: - Inspection of goods, Measurements and Taking photos of all products received. - Creation of Spec Sheet and Translation from French to English. - Organize transport for order delivery. - Create Purchase Order's and Items In the Prextra ERP. - Other related tasks. **Skills and requirements** - Good knowledge of ERP systems. - Transport Concept (Pallet / CBM). - Good knowledge of Excel & Outlook. - Rigorous and focused, organized and conscientious. - Respectful of procedures. - Good French and English (written and spoken). Imports Dragon est actuellement à la recherche d'un assistant aux achats et aux commandes. Relevant des Opérations, vos tâches comprendront, sans s'y limiter: **Description des tâches**: - Inspection des marchandises, mesures et prise de photos de tous les produits reçus. - Creation de Spec Sheet et traduction de Français -> Anglais - Organiser transports pour livraison des commandes. - Creation de P.O.'s & d’item dans le systeme ERP Prextra. - Autres taches connexes. **Compétences et exigences** - Bonne connaissance système ERP. - Notion de Transport (Pallet / CBM). - Bonne connaissance d’Excel & Outlook. - Rigoureux et concentré, organisé et consciencieux. - Respectueux des procédures. - Bon Français et Anglais (ecrit et parle). **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual **Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company pension - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends **Education**: - DCS / DEC (preferred) **Experience**: - Inventory control: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
