Sales and Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming and make outgoing customer telephone calls.
- Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer questions and concerns.
- Monitor, resolve, document, and report all customer complaints and all customer problems relating to operations and coordinate with sales.
- Track customer information and concerns and enter data into database.
- Maintain new account files.
- Communicate with the lab for the customer’s R&D requirements. Complete R&D and customer service-related documentation
- Take customers’ requests, communicate with the accounting department, and create invoices to send to the customers.
- Process customer payments via internet and take cash payments as needed.
- Book the payments in accounting system and take the charge of the customer’s account reconciliation.
- Create service agreement, pricing matrix and sent to the potential customers.
- Create shipping label and commercial invoice and communicate with the shipper to make sure shipping services conducted accurately.
- Promote NIKO products and private labels according to the needs and habits discussed with the customer.
- Establish and support the sale of NIKO products and private label to domestic clients.
- Work from a list of potential customers to promote NIKO products and private label.
- Visit retailer stores and organize the special sales event on store site.
- Communicate with the clients for the lab’s solutions for the R&D.
- Participate in routine team meetings to develop sales strategies.
- Use the CMS and QB to assist with account management.
- Organize and attend trade show to develop new accounts.
- Demonstrate optimism, empathy, and integrity to represent our NIKO brand.
- Must travel to shows, events and trade shows when required.
- To attend regular ISO activities, finish relative ISO/GMP documents and ensure the customer service is following company SOP and ISO/GMP guidelines.
- Must perform all duties stated above as well as any other duties to meet business needs determined by management.
- Accept other job responsibilities as assigned and as needed from time to time, including small tasks on site.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales, account management and customer service experience
- Knowledge of media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying, planning and strategy is a plus
- Education: min. College or above in relevant commerce or business management
- Strong attention to detail while being able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet daily deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a group setting in a high volume, fast paced, and demanding environment
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.64-$22.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
