**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist customers in selecting parts efficiently and accurately**:

- **Provide exceptional service to retail customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts**:

- **Answer phone calls, quote prices, and provide detailed parts information**:

- **Process orders and handle payments from retail customers**:

- **Manage order shipping, receiving, and delivery logistics**:

- **Address customer concerns professionally and within company guidelines**:

- **Perform additional tasks as assigned by management**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication abilities**:

- **Time management and multitasking skills**:

- **Ability to work independently and follow established procedures**:

- **A valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract**:

- **Solid understanding of automotive parts and mechanical repairs**:

- **Experience with GM products and Quorum DMS is an asset**
