**ATTENTION ALL SERVICE ADVISORS**

Metro Ford in Port Coquitlam is currently looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you’re motivated, care about customers, passionate about the automotive industry then we are looking for you.

We need 1 Service Advisor who thrives in a culture, seeking to exceed customer expectations while achieving service sales targets.

**_What you will do..._**
- Greet customers promptly and efficiently to determine the nature of their visit
- Communicate effectively customers’ service and maintenance recommendations
- Promote services and products to achieve and maintain performance targets
- Resolve customer concerns courteously, promptly, and amicably
- Create and manage workflow and work orders; communicate with the Service team to ensure that work is completed properly and as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
