Position Summary:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Property Management**

- Oversee day-to-day property operations across multiple sites;
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards;
- Coordinate with staff, and management to address property-related issues promptly;
- Manage leases, vendor agreements, and service contracts as required;

**Maintenance Supervision & Coordination**

- Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring timely completion of repairs, preventative maintenance, and special projects;
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, systems, and equipment;
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and operational impact;
- Ensure that all maintenance activities meet company standards, budgets, and timelines;

**Asset & Inventory Management**

- Maintain accurate records of company assets, tools, equipment, and materials;
- Track inventory usage, order supplies, and manage replenishment schedules;
- Support budgeting and forecasting related to maintenance and capital improvement projects;
- Maintain asset registers and ensure accountability for company property;

**Vehicle & Equipment Management**

- Oversee company vehicle fleet maintenance, inspections, and repair schedules;
- Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance requirements;
- Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in safe and reliable operating condition;

**On-Call Duties**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency maintenance issues outside of normal business hours;
- Respond promptly to urgent situations to minimize downtime and property damage.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).;
- Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, maintenance supervision, or facilities operations;
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities;
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills;
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.);
- Proficiency with maintenance management software or asset tracking systems;
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;

**Working Conditions**

- Part-Time position; may include weekends or holidays as needed;
- Must be available for on-call emergencies;
- Combination of office and field work; occasional lifting or physical labor required.
- A solid ability to work with others to resolve issues and the ability to be a team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive and process-orientated working style;
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and anticipate the needs of the organization;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Non-judgement manner and strong personal boundaries
