Door-to-door Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients through effective communication.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Perform outbound calling and warm calling to follow up with leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or Door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and inside sales techniques.
- Proficient in using Jobber or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (French is preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies.
- Experience with outbound calling practices is a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
