Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll be on the front lines of growth, expanding Manulift's footprint in rural markets by connecting directly with farms, co-ops, and agri-businesses. What You'll Do

  • Own your territory : You'll take full charge of your region, identifying opportunities, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Hunt daily : Cold calling, door-knocking, follow-ups — you thrive on high activity and direct contact.
  • Sell smart : Position Merlo's unique value to ag clients with compelling business cases that show ROI, efficiency, and game-changing results.
  • Grow trusted partnerships : Develop long-term relationships rooted in trust, value, and consistency.
  • Stay proactive : You'll keep your CRM clean, your calendar full, and your sales funnel always moving.

What You Bring

  • A hunter's DNA – You don't wait for leads. You create them.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, agriculture, or B2B.
  • Proven success in business development, prospecting, and territory growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're a relationship builder.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and competitive — but you thrive as part of a team.
  • A strong sense of initiative and a desire to grow into bigger roles.
  • Valid driver's license — you love being on the road
