**About Us**:
R3 is hiring from within Canada and are a locally owned and operated company proudly serving Western Canada for over 15 years. R3 is one of Canadas largest selective demolition companies. We’re currently hiring a **Construction Operator** who’s comfortable on the controls and ready to be hands-on with the crew. When you're not on equipment, we expect all our operators to jump in with tools and support the team on-site. No sitting around — we're about full participation.
We provide the training, tools, and a supportive team environment so you can thrive and level up your skills in demolition and equipment operation.
**Duties**
- We need someone with experience operating:
- All sizes of Excavators
- Skid Steers
- Forklifts
- Other equipment as needed
**Note**: When not actively operating equipment, all operators are expected to assist with demolition tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is required. **Minimum 2 years.**:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to work out of town on occasion if needed.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (required)
