Oversee the Chandos Production System, design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability while ensuring every site is safe, clean, organized, and high-performing. You’ll direct crews, mentor Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen, identify training needs, and support apprenticeships. With a sharp eye on budgets and forecasts, you’ll optimize resources, remove roadblocks, enforce safety protocols, ensure quality testing meets specs, master-plan and schedule complex builds, and serve as the primary client liaison—driving results that meet and exceed expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion, managing field and site operations.Oversee the Chandos Production System, including design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability.Direct crews, mentor Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen; identify training needs and support apprenticeships.Monitor budgets and forecasts, optimize resources, remove roadblocks, and enforce safety protocols.Ensure quality testing meets specifications; master-plan and schedule complex builds; serve as primary client liaison.QualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of commercial construction experience as a SuperintendentExperience with milestone alignment and pre-construction/proposal supportJourneyman trade certification or equivalent experienceProven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects on time and on budgetAdvanced understanding of LEAN construction principlesTechnical diploma and/or Gold Seal certificationWillingness to travel to required worksitesCSTS 2020 certificationPreferred QualificationsInfection Control CertificationLeadership training and safety certificatesAdditional InformationAt Chandos, we’re not just constructing buildings; we’re crafting communities.
