Job
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Foreman to lead site operations and oversee construction crews. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate tasks in alignment with project priorities and plans.
Allocate daily and general responsibilities to team members.
Supervise and provide training to workers and tradespeople.
Ensure adequate manpower and resource availability for project execution.
Uphold safety precautions and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Oversee the proper use of machinery and equipment on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during projects.
Report project progress to the Superintendent, Operations Team, and Project Management Team.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a construction foreman.
At least 3 years of comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction procedures and equipment; concrete restoration experience is an asset.
Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively execute projects from start to finish.
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Good physical condition with the stamina required for construction tasks.
