**What you’ll be doing**
- ** General Maintenance around the facility including Mechanical repairs, patchwork, painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, servicing of equipment, furnishings, fixtures and outside grounds as well as general carpentry work.**:

- **Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or delegate.**

**What you bring**
- ** Highschool Diploma**:

- **AODA trained**:

- ** Knowledgeable in WHMIS, OH & S and must have mechanical aptitude and be able to read and write the English language.**:

- ** Experience in patchwork, painting and wallpapering preferred**:

- ** Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.**:

- Must be able to do moderate to heavy lifting.
