**Job Title: On-Call Handyman/Contractor**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including but not limited to:

- Fixing windows, doors, and other fixtures
- Addressing basic carpentry needs and minor mechanical repairs
- Inspect the college premises for maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Report any major repairs beyond personal expertise, such as plumbing or electrical issues, and coordinate with third-party contractors for necessary fixes.
- Provide recommendations on preventative maintenance measures to minimize repairs.
- Manage small tasks promptly and efficiently on an on-call basis.
- Maintain a network of professional contacts for specialized repairs and coordinate their services when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, contractor, or similar role.
- Skilled in various trades such as carpentry, basic electrical work, and general repairs.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when addressing repair needs.
- Flexible availability for on-call work as needed.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
