**PARTS & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** At Bigfoot Crane Company, we believe our success begins with the team we build. We are a "roll up your sleeves" and "pitch in" kind of place, cultivating a united team environment. **Why join us?** Join a team of fun, casual honest people who work hard and care about providing the highest quality service for our customers. - **Day to Day activities** - Supervising the sourcing and acquisition of parts in a timely manner for customers, inside sales, service, and our technicians. - Develop ongoing relationships with our suppliers to ensure quality service and timely supply of our parts - Develop processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in all aspects of the job - Ensure inventory system is set with maximum and minimum amounts and make provisions for seasonal adjustments. - Meet and exceed established departmental sales targets - Manage best practices regarding the documentation required for cross border compliance and cost control - Manage and oversee rental returns and equipment turnover. **Requirements**: - ITA Trade Certification - Red Seal Parts and Warehouse would be desirable - Strong organizational skills - Sales skills with ability to produce parts quotations - Ability to mentor junior staff in inventory management, parts, logistics and warehouse functions - Strong organizational and analytical skills.
