**THE ROLE**
PSP Military Housing was created in 1961 to provide housing for Junior Non-Commissioned Members posted to the National Capital Region. PSP Military Housing consists of 519 three-bedroom townhouses and 26 three-bedroom bungalows.
Under the supervision of the Military Housing Property Manager, the Office Clerk assists in the daily operation of the PSP Military Housing office. As the incumbent you will prepare, key in, edit, proofread and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations or other documents from notes, using computers. You will be responsible for the reception and information services to clients and the public. You will set up and maintain filing systems as well as set up, maintain, and prepares reports from files, inventories, mailing lists and/or databases.
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**
Education, Certifications and Licenses**
High school diploma AND several years experience in office administration or related field
**Experience**
- In office administration
- In bookkeeping
**Knowledge**
- Of office procedures
- Of automated inventory control systems
- Of basic accounting principles and practices
**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

This Category I unionized position is open to all CFMWS employees. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for CFMWS Category I employees at CFSG (Ottawa-Gatineau).
