**About Us**:
Cool Summer camp is a leading indoor/outdoor camp dedicated to providing memorable and enriching experiences for campers of ages 4-12 years old. Our mission is to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where campers can grow, learn, and create lasting friendships. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Camp Site Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

**Position Summary**:
As the Camp Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations, including staff management, camper safety, activity coordination, and site maintenance. You will work closely with camp directors and staff to ensure a smooth and successful camp season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage camp staff, including counselors, instructors, and support personnel.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for campers and staff.
- Coordinate daily camp activities and schedules, ensuring a variety of engaging and age-appropriate programs.
- Monitor camper behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain discipline and safety.
- Ensure all camp facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Manage camper check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff to address concerns and provide updates.
- Enforce camp policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and respectful camp experience.
- Handle emergencies and incidents promptly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Oversee the setup and cleanup of camp activities and events.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Conduct staff training and evaluations as directed by the camp director.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the camp director.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a camp setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of outdoor activities, safety protocols, and emergency response.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a positive camp experience.
- Must pass a background check and adhere to all camp policies and safety regulations.
