**What we’ll love about you**:

- Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Familiarity with CAD software and proficient in MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Must be safety conscious and adhere to safety processes and policies
- Other qualifications may be required

**What you’ll work on**:
Assigned to various project sites, the assistant site supervisor will assist the site supervisors, installation team and sub-contractors to oversee the structural phase of site construction activities; and ensures all projects plans, and schedules relating to are followed, and that the project is executed effectively and safely.
- Working closely with the site supervisors and project management team by proactively identifies, manages, and resolves potential problems, work conflicts, or schedule challenges.
- Effectively communicates with trades to ensure performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met. Oversees subcontractor coordination and progress.
- Liaising with client, other site contractors and project management team to ensure projects are constructed as per quality, safety, and contract.
