We are presently seeking a full time **Hotel Maintenance Lead **to join our team. **This is a permanent, full-time position. Availability for weekend shifts and week night shifts is preferred.**

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Hotel Maintenance Lead assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Queen’s Marque with a focus on Maintenance at our 5-star luxury hotel, Muir, located on the Halifax Waterfront.

The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include light maintenance, property protection, guest services and responding to and testing of building systems (example: fire alarms).
