**Purpose**:
Student Counselling, Health & Well-being aims to help York University students realize, develop, and fulfill their personal potential to maximally benefit from their university experience and manage the challenges of university life. The Policy / Program Evaluation / Data Analyst would be dedicated full
- time to supporting the Executive Director in analyzing and rectifying areas of concern deemed high, moderate, and low risk for Student Counselling, Health & Well-being. This position is responsible for evaluating and making recommendations impacting clinical service and the staff delivery model. This position will also report and make recommendations regarding policy, partnership enhancements and implementation of data systems.

**Education**:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in health, public policy, business or equivalent required. Master's degree in appropriate field of study would be an asset.

**Experience**:
Minimum two years' experience in program evaluation, policy analysis and research / data collection and analysis. This position must be familiar with the Standards of Practice for the Professional Colleges, PHIPPA, FIPPA and Human Rights Legislation and must have demonstrated experience in program evaluation (certification or evidence of training experience).

**Skills**:
Other key skills include: verbal communication skills to interact effectively. Demonstrated relationship management skills. Presentation skills to synthesize, prepare and present research results and analyses, policy, and other submissions. Ability to translate research into policy and respond quickly to internal stakeholders to meet tight timelines. This position must have in depth skills in planning, program design and delivery and proven experience in detailed analysis and development of business requirements for service model delivery. Experience in the healthcare sector would be an asset.

- **Compensation**:
York's CPM Compensation Framework has a salary grid consisting of 6 or 8 steps (depending on job grade) which is reviewed annually with possible adjustments, and a lump sum Performance Based Recognition Award. Employees will receive the grid adjustment and depending on performance, eligible permanent employees may move to the next step of the grid and may receive a lump sum Performance Based Recognition Award.Visit the CPM Compensation page on the HR Website to find out more about York's CPM Compensation Program.
